MEMO FOR AUTHORS AND REVIEWERS
The size of the conference paper ranges from 4 to 6 A4 pages fully filled with text. Conference papers should be prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format using a provided template. Papers that are not formatted properly won’t be accepted for the review process. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. Submitted papers are subject to three independent anonymous referee reviews.
Submitted papers are subjects to three independent anonymous referee reviews.
Please note that the quality of papers will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
1. Sufficient background analysis.
The introduction should reflect the current state-of-art in the world. A comparison of currently available techniques should be made and their advantages and disadvantages should be emphasized. The scientific novelty of the study done by the authors should be highlighted in comparison with the achievements of other authors.
2. Mathematical foundation.
Is the actual execution of the research correct? Is the mathematical foundation correct? Are the proofs convincing? Is the simulation methodology described in sufficient detail to convince you that the results are valid?
3. Topicality and practical importance of the research
Is the research topic relevant? Does the research have practical importance?
4. Scientific novelty of the research and new original contribution of its authors
Does the research have scientific novelty and new original contribution of its authors?
5. Verification/Confirmation of the proposed scientific idea.
Simulation, experiment or mathematical proof
6. Validity and importance of the drawn conclusions.
Are the correct conclusions drawn from the results? What are the applications or implications of the results?
7. Clear, complete and well-structured text content.
Does the abstract describe the paper? Does the introduction adequately explain the problem and the research framework? Are the remaining sections clear, and do they follow in a logical order? Is there too much or too little detail?
8. Text evaluation (including English grammar).
Are the grammar and syntax correct? Does the paper contain typographical errors or problems in grammar, punctuation, and wording?
9. Evaluation of graphic material.
Are the figures and tables well labeled, legible, and meaningful? Are there too many or too few tables and figures? The quality and legibility of figures must be sufficient for publishing.
10. Evaluation of the references list.
Level of self-citations should not exceed 30%. Since the maximum paper size is limited to 6 pages, the number of references should not be too large, and should not exceed 15-20 sources for 6 pages paper. Transliteration of the names of literature sources is not permissible; it is necessary to translate into English. The list of references should contain a sufficient number of modern references reflecting the current state-of-art.
All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at conference will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
