PAPER PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION
In connection with the invasion of Russian enemy troops on the territory of sovereign Ukraine, the IEEE Organizers and Organizing Committee of the IEEE International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO) announce the postponement of the conference to autumn. The exact date of the conference will be announced later (presumably early June), depending on the situation in the country. The review process is currently ongoing, but the life, health, and safety of every individual is of the utmost importance.
Official language of the Conference is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. All papers should be prepared in English. Size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 A4 pages, prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format. Papers that are not formatted properly won’t be accepted for review process. Please read carefully Memo for authors and reviewers to note, what are the criteria for evaluating the quality of papers.
Paper submission is organized through EasyChair system. Log in to the submission Web page for ELNANO-2022 .
Authors should register first and create their personal account, and then upload their papers in PDF and DOC (DOCX) format with EasyChair. The e-mail notification of submission will be send to each corresponding author immediately after submission.
Paper submission was closed on FEBRUARY 1, 2022. All submitted papers are subjects to three independent anonymous referee reviews. Authors of papers with positive reviewing results will be notified by e-mail and then they must submit final full papers in .PDF and .DOC format. Authors are required to sign a IEEE Copyright Transfer Form before publication.
ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS WHICH WERE ORAL PRESENTED AT THE IEEE ELNANO-2022 WILL BE SUBMITTED FOR INCLUSION TO IEEE XPLORE DIGITAL LIBRARY AS WELL AS OTHER ABSTRACTING AND INDEXING (A&I) DATABASES (SCOPUS, WEB OF SCIENCE, GOOGLE SCHOLAR). PLEASE PAY ATTENTION THAT “NO-SHOW” PAPERS WON’T BE SUBMITTED FOR INCLUSION TO IEEE XPLORE DIGITAL LIBRARY.
PARTICIPATION FEE
ELNANO-2022 is considered to be delivered in a virtual format. The amount of the participation fee was reconsidered by organizing committee for the virtual conditions.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM UKRAINE
The IEEE Ukraine Section, being fully aware of the difficult economic situation in Ukraine this year, made participation in the IEEE Ukraine Conferences 2022 free of charge for Ukrainians. Authors from Ukraine will have have the opportunity to apply for a special grant covering their participation fee.
At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee accourding to the tables and participate in the Conference. Presenting author can present maximum 3 papers.
