KEY DATES AND DEADLINES

PAPER PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

The official language of the Conference is English. The size of the conference paper ranges from 4 to 6 A4 pages fully filled with text. Conference papers should be prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format using a provided template.

Papers that are not formatted properly won’t be accepted for the review process. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time. Submitted papers are subject to three independent anonymous referee reviews. To note, what are the criteria for evaluating the quality of papers, please read carefully Memo for authors and reviewers.

All accepted papers, which are presented during the conference, will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

The presenting author of each accepted paper is required to register, pay a participation fee, and participate in the ELNANO-2026 conference. Presenting author can present maximum 3 papers.

Paper submission is organized through Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit system.

After registering and creating the personal account with Conference Management Toolkit, you can upload papers in PDF and DOC (DOCX) format . The e-mail notification of submission will be send to corresponding author after submission.

The paper submission deadline has been extended to December 15, 2025. Authors of papers with positive reviewing results will be notified by e-mail and then they must submit camera-ready papers. Before publication authors are required to sign an IEEE Copyright Transfer Form.

PARTICIPATION FEE

Prices in Euros, VAT included. The conference accepts cashless payments only. There is no refund policy. All fees and charges of correspondent banks, or any other fees related to that payment, are at the participant’s expense.

Publication in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library is not included in the registration fee. This is a post-conference free service that requires additional stages of paper evaluation.

The registration fee covers participation of the presenting author with only one paper. Participation with two papers increases the registration fee by 50%. Participation with three papers increases the registration fee by 75%.

Students must provide proof of their full-time undergraduate or postgraduate student status at registration. IEEE Members must provide proof of their active IEEE Membership.

INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS FROM UKRAINE

For participants from Ukraine, if the number of foreign authors of the papers does not exceed 50%, discounts for participation are provided. The following criteria will be considered:
– the quality of the paper based on the results of the Conference peer review (check the list here);
– IEEE Ukraine Section Membership;
– volunteering in the IEEE Ukraine Section and its subunits and events;
– employee or student of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

However, for papers with more than half foreign authors, payment of the registration fee in full size is MANDATORY.
